Section Saf-C 5023.02 - Operator Requirements(a) For each electrical display firing, the operator shall comply with the following: (1) All firing shall be done from a remote central control location that provides the operator(s) with an unobstructed view of the entire display;(2) All wiring and firing system set-up shall be done under the direct control of the operator who shall also insure that the firing device or control panel is properly safeguarded; and(3) Prior to the display, precautions shall be taken to preclude the possibility of premature ignition due to stray sources of electrical or radio frequency energy.N.H.
