Section Saf-C 5004.05 - License Provisions(a) No person shall deliver any explosive materials to any magazine which is not licensed in accordance with RSA 158:9-c, or is not in compliance with the rules adopted by the commissioner.(b) One copy of the explosive magazine license shall be prominently displayed at the magazine and shall be available for inspection upon requests of the commissioner.N.H.
