(c) Fines may be paid in cash if made in person, or personal check, cashier's check, or money order in person or by mail.(d) For the purposes of (c), checks shall be made payable to "NH Department of Safety".(e) A protested check shall be pursued as specified in Saf-C 211.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 521.08
