Section Saf-C 521.03 - Request for Hearing(a) All hearings shall be conducted in accordance with Saf-C 203.(b) A request for an administrative hearing, pursuant to Saf-C 521.02(d)(4), shall conform with Saf-C 203.03.(c) Pursuant to RSA 263:56-f, I, a request for a hearing received by the division of motor vehicles more than 30 days from the date the notice pursuant to Saf-C 521.02 is issued, shall be denied as untimely.(d) Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, a request for a hearing shall not stay the non-renewal.(e) The bureau of hearings shall notify the bureau of turnpikes, department of transportation of all hearings scheduled pursuant to this rule.N.H.
