Section Saf-C 521.01 - DefinitionsThe terms enumerated in this part shall have the meaning set forth herein, unless a different meaning is clearly stated in the text, as follows:
(a) "Designee" means state official or employee and does not include an agent, or employee of an agent, that has contracted with the department of transportation;(b) "Electronic toll collection system" means "electronic toll collection system" as defined in RSA 236:31,1(c);(c) "Electronic toll collection monitoring system" means "toll collection monitoring system" as defined in RSA 236:31, I(d);(d) "Nonrenewal" means refusal to issue or renew a motor vehicle registration, in accordance with RSA 261;(e) "Owner" means owner as defined in RSA 259:72;(f) "Pay" means "pay" as defined in RSA 236:31, I(g); and(g) "Violation" means "violation" as defined in RSA 236:31, I(h).N.H.
