Section Saf-C 520.04 - Appiication for Walking Disability Plates or Placards by an Organization.(a) For the purposes of this section, "organization" means any corporation or entity that provides transportation services to individuals who have a walking disability as defined in RSA 261:88, I(c).(b) The administrator of the organization shall complete and submit form RDMV 130 (rev.8/21).(c) Each administrator shall sign and date the form under penalty of unsworn falsification.N.H.
