Section Saf-C 518.10 - Procedural Manual(a) Upon issuance of the municipal agent's certificate of appointment, each municipal agent shall be issued a procedural manual.(b) Each municipal agent and employee(s) shall adhere to all the procedures set forth in the manual. Municipal agents shall keep the manual updated in accordance with all supplements and amendments issued by the department, and shall surrender the manual upon revocation, suspension, expiration, or resignation of the appointment.(c) Each municipal agent shall apprise themselves, and all employees authorized to register vehicles, of all material contained in the procedural manual, including all supplements or amendments.N.H.
