Section Saf-C 513.41 - Purple Heart Motorcycle Plate(a) Purple heart motorcycle plates shall be issued to a motorcycle owned by a person who was awarded the Purple Heart medal pursuant to RSA 261:86, I(d).(b) Purple heart motorcycle plates shall: (1) Have the purple heart medal with the words "PURPLE HEART" on the left vertical border; and(2) Have one to 3 alpha numerical characters.N.H.
