Section Saf-C 513.21 - Governor Plate(a) Governor plates shall be issued to vehicles operated by the governor of New Hampshire, pursuant to RSA 261:90.(b) In addition to the requirements set forth in RSA 261:90, governor plates shall: (1) Have the word "GOVERNOR";(2) Have the years of term on the lower border; andN.H.
