Section Saf-C 4905.01 - Renewal Notice(a) The department shall notify the certificate holder by first class mail, at least 30 days prior to the expiration of a certificate the following: (1) The date that the certificate expires; and(2) The requirements for the renewal of the certificate, pursuant to these rules.(b) All renewal notices shall be sent to the certificate holder's last known address.N.H.
