Section Saf-C 415.04 - Rental Agent Registration Application/Permit Forms(a) "Rental Agent Registration Application/Permit" forms, DSSS 114 effective November 2016, may be obtained by writing or calling the department of safety, division of state police, marine patrol unit, 31 Dock Road, Gilford, NH 03249-7627, (603) 293-2037.(b) An applicant shall submit the completed "Rental Agent Registration Application/Permit" form, DSSS 114, effective November 2016, and the registration fee to the division of safety services.(c) An incomplete registration application shall be returned to the applicant with a letter of explanation.N.H.
