Section Saf-C 3235.01 - Fuel System(a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if: (1) There is vapor or fuel leakage in any portion of the fuel system;(2) Any portion of the fuel system is not securely fastened;(3) The fuel system is equipped with a fuel filler cap that does not meet the manufacturer's specifications;(4) The fuel line is positioned in such a manner so that it contacts the engine head, manifold, exhaust system, high temperature surfaces or moving parts;(5) The fuel system is not vented; or(6) The fuel system is not equipped with a fuel cutoff valve.N.H.
