Section Saf-C 3208.01 - Required Certificates and Signs(a) Upon appointment, the inspection station owner shall prominently display the following certificates and signs to the public at all times: (1) A certificate of appointment for each type of inspection approved for the specific location;(2) Trade name shall be displayed clearly and conspicuously in letters no less than 10 inches in height, unless prohibited by local zoning; and such business signage shall be clearly visible from a traveling vehicle on the adjacent public way, unless an obstruction exists which cannot be remedied;(3) An official inspection station sign as set forth in Saf-C 3208.02; and(4) The inspection fee sign as set forth in Saf-C 3208.03.(b) This section shall not apply to authorized fleet inspection stations.N.H.
