Section Saf-C 3118.02 - Driving Experience All applicants for CDL driver education certificates shall:
(a) Hold a valid driver license for the class(es) of vehicle for which they intend to instruct; and(b) Have a minimum of 5 consecutive years as a licensed driver, in the vehicle class in which they intend to instruct, immediately prior to the date of application.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3118.02
