Section Saf-C 3116.01 - Advertisements and Promotional Literature
(a) No approved drivers' school shall publish, advertise or insinuate that a driver license is guaranteed or assured.
(b) Advertisements and promotional literature shall avoid false, misleading or exaggerated impressions.
(c) No approved drivers' school shall use the word "accredited" or any of its synonyms unless it indicates the agency or organization that has granted such accreditation.
(d) An approved drivers' school may use the words "licensed by the department of safety" and no other words to indicate compliance with RSA 263.
(e) An approved drivers' school shall be responsible for all acts of commission or omission of its field representatives involved in student recruitment.
