Section Saf-C 3113.01 - Tuition Policies(a) Course tuition shall be the same for all persons. Group training contracts for lower rates may be negotiated. Scholarships shall be bona fide reduction in tuition.(b) Changes in tuition shall become effective on students prior to beginning a driver education program and only after notification in writing.(c) All driver education programs shall have a tuition refund and cancellation policy. The policy shall be available for inspection by the division to verify compliance with this section.(d) Information regarding course attendance, student grades, tuition, refund and cancellation policy and all charges and costs incidental to instruction shall be provided to students and their parent/guardian(s) at the time of their enrollment in the driver education program.(e) If a driver education program cannot be completed because the school has been suspended or revoked, the full amount paid as of the date of suspension or revocation shall be refunded to the student within 14 days of the departments' order.N.H.
