Section Saf-C 3003.10 - Leased Vehicles(a) Any person with a leased vehicle may request a hardship registration.(b) The hardship registration shall be issued in the name of the leasing company and in the name of the person whose registration privileges have been suspended or revoked pursuant to RSA 261:180, III.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3003.10
