Section Saf-C 2804.08 - Recommendation Following Administrative Review or Hearing(a) Pursuant to RSA 265-A:31, III, the recommendation of the hearings examiner shall be issued within 15 calendar days of the date of the request for administrative review or the conclusion of the hearing.(b) The recommendation shall take effect immediately.N.H.
