Section Saf-C 2607.04 - Use of Permissible Fireworks by Consumer(a) Permissible fireworks shall be used in accordance with RSA 160-C.(b) Permissible fireworks shall be used in accordance with all safety information and instructions provided on or with each device.(c) Permissible fireworks shall not be altered, modified, or tampered with in any manner from their original or intended design and use.N.H.
