Section Saf-C 2304.01 - Decals; When Required(a) Pursuant to Saf-C 2302.01, all registered vessels shall display a decal.(b) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:6, vessels which are exempt from registration fees shall display a decal.(c) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:9, II, vessels which are exempt from displaying a vessel number, but which are otherwise required to be registered pursuant to RSA 270-E:3, shall display a decal.N.H.
