Section Saf-C 2209.05 - Emergency Suspension or Revocation(a) The commissioner shall suspend or revoke a license without a hearing if pursuant to RSA 541-A:30, III, it is determined that public health, safety, or welfare requires emergency action.(b) The licensee shall be notified of his or her right to a hearing within 10 days to determine if his or her suspension or revocation shall remain in effect.N.H.
