Section Saf-C 217.01 - DefinitionsThe terms enumerated in this part shall have the meaning set forth herein, unless a different meaning is clearly stated in the text, as follows:
(a) "Designee" means state official or employee and does not include an agent, or employee of an agent, that has contracted with the department of transportation.(b) "Electronic toll collection system" means "electronic toll collection system" as defined in RSA 236:31, I(c);(c) "Electronic toll collection monitoring system" means "electronic toll collection monitoring system" as defined in RSA 236:31, I(d);(d) "Nonrenewal" means refusal to issue or renew a motor vehicle registration, in accordance with RSA 261.(e) "Owner" means owner as defined in RSA 259:72.(f) "Pay" means "pay" as defined in RSA 236:31, I(g);(g) "Violation" means "violation" as defined in RSA 236:31, I(h).N.H.
