N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 209.02
For any hearing scheduled under the provisions of RSA 263:56 or 263:59 regarding a fatality, the decedent's next of kin shall receive notice of the hearing and shall have the right to be present at the hearing. Next of kin shall be deemed to have been properly notified by certified mail with return receipt requested to at least one of the next of kin who is listed in RSA 259:66-a and who has been identified as a result of a review of department records or of information made known to the department.
