Section Saf-C 1803.10 - Renewal Notification(a) The director shall mail a renewal notification to each person holding a valid New Hampshire commercial driver license approximately 60 days prior to the expiration date of the license.(b) The renewal notification shall be mailed to the person's mailing address.(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, when a computer system failure, incorrect mailing address, interruption of postal service or other difficulty prevents the preparation, mailing or receipt of the notification, it shall be the applicant's responsibility to obtain and complete an application form prior to the expiration date of the commercial driver license.N.H.
