Section Saf-C 1620.02 - Prohibited Acts(a) No person shall smoke, carry matches or any other flame-producing device or carry any unauthorized firearms or loaded cartridges while in or within 50 feet of a motor vehicle transporting explosive materials.(b) No person shall park his/her motor vehicle transporting explosive materials within 300 feet of an open fire.(c) The driver shall load or unload a vehicle transporting explosive materials in compliance with 49 CFR 177.834 through 177.844.N.H.
