Section Saf-C 1410.14 - Jumper Requirements (a) The minimum age for jumping shall be 18. Exceptions shall be made for persons 16 and 17 years of age when they provide written parental consent. (b) Any jumpers who in the opinion of the operation's staff, represent a danger to themselves or others, shall not be allowed to jump. (c) Jumpers who have been consuming alcoholic beverages shall not be allowed to jump.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 1410.14
