Section Saf-C 1312.14 - Seating(a) All seats shall be as manufactured and shall not be modified or altered, except as necessary to meet the provisions of these rules.(b) All seats shall be covered with a padding material and upholstered. The upholstery and seat frame shall be in good repair.(c) All seats shall be securely fastened with bolts or rivets to any portion of the vehicle which support them.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 1312.14
