Section Saf-C 1204.07 - Request for Inactive Status and Return to Active Status(a) The department shall place an individual certificate holder on inactive status if he/she is a member of any reserve component of the armed forces of the United States, the National Guard or the Coast Guard and is called to active duty. All requests shall be sent to the address set forth in Saf-C 1204.03(a) and shall include proof of armed forces activation on an approved government form.(b) The department shall return an individual certificate holder placed on inactive status pursuant to (a) above to active status upon receipt of the following:(1) Payment of the renewal fee as set forth in Saf-C 1206.01(f), if applicable;(2) Proof of completion of the current education requirements set forth in Saf-C 1208, unless the certificate holder is still within the certification period; and(3) Proof of discharge from active duty on an approved government form.N.H.
