Section Saf-C 1017.01 - Hearing Order(a) Upon receipt of evidence that any person might qualify as a habitual offender within the meaning of RSA 259:39, the commissioner shall issue an order requiring that person to appear for a hearing to show cause why they should not be barred from driving a motor vehicle on the ways of this state.(b) The order shall incorporate a certified transcript or abstract of the person's driver record report.N.H.
