Section Saf-C 1002.02 - Positive Identification Required(a) If applying for an original Real ID compliant driver license or non-driver identification card, an applicant shall submit the required identity and residency documentation as listed on form DSMV 634A "Identity and Residency Requirements (Federally compliant)," (rev. 06/23).
