Section Rko 219.01 - Additional Notice of Rulemaking(a) In addition to the notice of rulemaking required by RSA 541-A:6, at the time of the filing of an initial proposal, the ombudsman shall: (1) Post a copy of the initial proposal on the office's website, together with a solicitation for public comment;(2) Provide a copy of the initial proposal to the New Hampshire department of justice for comment.(b) The receipt of comments under (a) above shall not require the ombudsman to act upon those comments.(c) Following the publication of a rulemaking notice from the office in the Rulemaking Register described in RSA 541-A:9, the office shall post a link to that issue of the Register on the office's website.N.H.
