Section Rko 218.03 - Matters Pending Without Determination in Eventuality of Ombudsman Death or Incapacity(a) If the ombudsman becomes incapacitated for more than 30 days, or dies while in office, and should no provisions at that time exist for the continuation of office operations by another individual, all pending cases shall be deemed dismissed without prejudice.(b) In the case of the termination of an incapacity under (a) above, the office shall post a notice in 2 appropriate places, one of which may be the office's website, within 7 days of the date, if any, that the ombudsman believes that the incapacity has passed.N.H.
