Section Ret 204.06 - Default; Failure to Appear(a) If any party fails to appear at a hearing scheduled pursuant to this chapter, the presiding officer shall notify the party of the default and shall give the party 15 days from the date of the notice to demonstrate good cause for the failure to appear(b) If the presiding officer determines that the party failed to appear for a reason other than good cause, the presiding officer shall issue an order resolving the issues to be determined at the hearing against the defaulting party.N.H.
