Section Ret 202.01 - Filing of Documents(a) A document received by mail shall be considered filed on the date that it is postmarked.(b) A hand delivered document shall be considered filed on the date received, as evidenced by a date stamp printed on the document in the normal course of business.(c) An emailed or faxed document shall be considered filed on the date received, as evidenced by the date and time stamp affixed to the document either electronically or by the receiving facsimile machine.(d) Any document that is not filed by the due date shall not be considered timely filed unless a party or intervenor can prove otherwise by a preponderance of the evidence.N.H.
