Section Resp 407.09 - As a Student, Taking and Passing Courses for Either Initial or Renewal Certification

Documentation of taking and passing one of the courses listed in Resp 406.10 shall be a copy of:

(a) The certification card showing that the licensee has taken and passed the course; or

(b) A certificate of course completion.
