Section Resp 407.06 - Public Professional Presentations Relating to Respiratory CareDocumentation of a public professional presentation relating to respiratory care shall be:
(a) A copy of the official program of the presentation; or(b) Written verification signed by a representative of the program's sponsor showing: (1) The title of the presentation;(2) The name of the licensee as presenter;(3) The date of the presentation;(4) The hours during which the presentation took place; and(5) The type of audience attending the presentation.N.H.
