Section Resp 407.01 - Documentation Requirements(a) A licensee shall retain documentation of completed continuing professional education.(b) The renewal applicant shall furnish the documentation of completed continuing professional education described in Resp 406.03 through Resp 406.15 only when requested to do so by the board.N.H.
