Section Resp 404.05 - Reinstatement of Licenses Lapsed for More Than 6 Years When Licensees Have Been Active in the Profession in Another State

The board shall reinstate licenses lapsed for more than 6 years for individuals who have been active in the profession as defined in Resp 401.01 in another state since their New Hampshire licenses ceased to be valid if such individuals meet the requirements of Resp 404.02.
