Section Resp 305.05 - Full Initial Licensure of Conditional Licensees(a) To achieve full licensure conditional licensees shall, within the period of validity of their conditional licenses:(1) Practice under the supervision required by Resp 305.04(a) for at least 12 weeks if practicing 32 hours each week or for at least 24 weeks if practicing fewer than 32 hours each week; and(2) Demonstrate competency as documented by at least one supervisory letter complying with (b) below.(b) The supervisory letter(s) demonstrating competency shall: (1) Be on business stationery, dated and signed by the supervisor;(2) Be submitted to the board by the supervisor;(3) Include the statement that the rules in Resp 305.05(a)(1) were followed; and(4) Include the statement that, in the opinion of the supervisor, the conditional licensee is competent to practice under full licensure.N.H.
