Section Resp 305.01 - Definitions(a) "Active in the profession" means engaging in respiratory care in any of the following ways: (1) A direct care provider;(4) A respiratory care consultant.(b) "Direct supervision" means supervision through direct and continuous observation of the activities of the person being supervised.(c) "Indirect supervision" means supervision through the supervisor's review of the treatment progress notes made by the person supervised, telephone conversations between the supervisor and the person supervised, electronic correspondence between the supervisor and the person supervised or any other form of supervision which is not direct supervision.N.H.
