Section Resp 102.01 - Composition of The Board(a) The board is composed of the following 5 members:(1) A physician knowledgeable in the current practice of respiratory care;(2) Three licensed respiratory care practitioners who have been actively engaged in the practice of respiratory care within New Hampshire for at least 3 years; and(3) A public member as set forth in RSA 328-F:4, III.N.H.
