Section Res 8407.01 - NOTIFICATION(a) Following approval of a grant-in-aid agreement, the bureau chief shall forward to the OHRV club, snowmobile club or political subdivision, within 20 days of approval, one completely executed copy of the grant-in-aid agreement and a letter of acceptance.(b) In the event a grant-in-aid application is denied, the reason for such denial shall be made in writing to the applicant.N.H.
