Section Res 8404.09 - Liability Insurance for Trail Grooming Equipment(a) Any project for the reimbursement of liability insurance premiums paid for trail grooming equipment shall include the following to be submitted with the application: (1) A copy of the insurance certificate; and(2) A copy of paid receipts;(b) Liability insurance premium payments requested through the grant in aid program shall be considered for approval only during winter seasons where there is less than average snow fall for grooming, which shall be determined regionally in the state by the bureau chief.(c) Such determination shall be made by March 1 of each winter and noticed to all clubs participating in the GIA program.N.H.
