Section Res 8401.01 - Purpose of the Grant-In-Aid Program(a) The purpose of the grant-in-aid program is to provide assistance to off highway recreational vehicle (OHRV) clubs, snowmobile clubs and political subdivisions for projects which will benefit the ridership of OHRVs, snowmobiles, or both.(b) The intent of the program is to enhance the development, maintenance, construction, grooming and safety of public use OHRV and snowmobile trails in New Hampshire.N.H.
