Section Res 7304.04 - Ski Equipment(a) Persons with ski and snowboard equipment that is defective or who have ski equipment that a ski shop has refused to service shall not be permitted on slopes or lifts.(b) All skis shall be equipped with retention straps or other devices to prevent runaway skis.(c) Skis and poles shall not be permitted in the dining and lounge areas of any buildings.(d) All snow tube equipment used in state operated ski areas shall be provided by the state park.N.H.
