Any business that is physically located or intends to be physically located in New Hampshire whose employees are residents of New Hampshire or whose employees work at that business located or intending to be located in New Hampshire may be eligible for job training funds available from this program. All businesses shall meet the eligibility requirements by completing and submitting a Statement of Eligibility, as described in Res 2705.01.
