Section Res 2606.03 - Notification of Grant Amendment(a) The commissioner shall approve the request if the following is true about the amendment:(1) It is consistent with the purpose of the program as provided by Res 2601.01;(2) That sufficient funding is available; and(3) It provides dispersion of the funding throughout the qualifying zone.(b) If the commissioner approves a request pursuant to (a) above, the commissioner shall: (1) Forward the grant amendment request to the governor and executive council for approval;(2) Upon approval by the governor and executive council, forward the applicant one completely executed copy of the grant amendment; and(3) In the event a request is denied by the governor and executive council, notify the applicant in writing and specify reasons for denial if any is given by the governor and executive council.(c) If the commissioner does not approve a request pursuant to (a) above, the commissioner shall notify the applicant in writing of the specific reasons for denial.N.H.
