Section Res 2501.01 - Purpose of the CROP Zone Business Tax Credit Program(a) The purpose of the CROP Zone Business Tax Credit Program is to allow the creation of crop zones and provide tax incentives for CROP zone projects which are available to qualifying new and existing businesses in the state.(b) The program encourages CROP zone projects that meet certain state economic objectives, such as stimulating economic redevelopment, expanding the commercial and industrial base, creating new jobs, reducing sprawl, and increasing tax revenue.(c) The primary goal of the program is to increase the quality of CROP zone projects which will contribute to the economic vitality of the state.N.H.
