Section Res 2409.01 - Project Evaluation(a) All promotion projects funded shall be evaluated within one year of the project's completion date. The project evaluation shall be the responsibility of the grant recipient.(b) Grant recipients shall perform an evaluation and report findings back to the committee on the approved project including, but not limited to, the following: (1) An evaluation of the economic or financial impact measuring the economic benefit to the state derived from the investment of public funds into the project in areas such as the number of jobs created and revenue generated; and(2) The promotional impact or promotional effectiveness of the project using the following types of information: a. Records on the distribution of promotional literature;b. Description of the contact and exposure in specific markets achieved through the use of electronic media; andc. Identification of the number of inquiries resulting from all promotional projects.(c) Sample copies of all printed materials, advertisements and other documents, paid for with state funds shall be submitted with the report required in (b) above.N.H.
