Section Res 2406.01 - Evaluation(a) All grant applications and presentations shall be evaluated by the screening committee at the first meeting for which the time requirement in Res 2403.03 has been met. Applicants shall provide verbal responses to the items contained in paragraph (b) as required by Res 2403.10.(b) Each applicant shall provide the following:(1) The project's purpose and how it fits into the community's master plan, or county's or organization's overall economic development plan;(2) How the project is coordinated with other recruitment programs in the state;(3) A description of existing programs within the municipality, county, or organization to promote the area to other states; and(4) The effect on the total community and the region of the proposed promotional activity.N.H.
